MANITOU SPRINGS SWIMMING & FITNESS CENTER

 Welcome to the Manitou Swimming Pool & Fitness Center website.

The Swimming pool was built in 1971 with grants from the El Pomar Foundation. Over the years the pool has received many additions such as a hot tub, weightroom and waterslide. This February/March 2008 we drained and repaired our pool, repaired our lockerrooms and around the pool area. We offer many programs for adults and children of all ages. Instructors are trained and/or certified as required to teach various classes. Lifeguards are certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, first aid and CPR. They also receive additional training on a regular basis to keep their lifeguarding skills up to standards.

We keep the place clean, water temperature 83-85 degrees and our staff is courteous and professional.
