GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM
Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings
1st Group:
2nd Group:
$65 per month plus daily facility fee (punch cards available)
Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s each week. Twelve one hour sessions. Learn how to develop lean muscle tissue and lose body fat through weight bearing machines and free weights.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings
$35 per month plus daily facility fee (punch cards available)
For rehabilitation patients and beginners. It is a 30 minute class to focus on getting stronger very slowly and safely. We will include range of motion moves with very little weight. Every class will include core exercises and stretching. Any age is encouraged to join to this class.
